Style
Graphics: Black graphic details bring a bold twist to the signature GASGAS red, with a clean white logo. Other blacked-out parts like the seat cover, handlebar, and rims dial up the style. Graphics use durable IML technology, built into the bodywork for longevity.
Bodywork: Ergonomic design with large contact surfaces to help grip the bike with your legs. Smooth profile bodywork encourages movement and correct technique. Super grippy (now black) seat cover keeps you planted.
Handlebars: Black NEKEN handlebars clamped into optimized bar mounts (resistant to twisting). Lock-on style, medium compound ODI grips for rider comfort.
Airbox: No-tools, no-nonsense filter mounting system. One-piece intake design for maximum airflow. Easy access via removing left side panel.
Fuel Tank: The tank sits neatly within the bodywork. Includes an integrated fuel pump, with a rubber tank support to protect the frame.
Footpegs: Large surface area, designed to avoid catching on edges of deep ruts. Lightweight and self-cleaning to avoid mud build-up.
Handling
Frame: Balanced between razor-sharp handling and needed flex. Lightweight motor mounts, slimmed upper shock mount, reduced wall thickness up front (saving ~300 g). Co-developed with GASGAS Factory Racing.
Subframe: All-aluminium, light and strong. Works with the main frame to centralize mass and contribute to handling.
Triple Clamps: Forged aluminum, allow calculated flex thanks to a forgiving steering stem. Adjustable bar mounts reduce chance of bar twisting. Glass bead blasted finish.
Front Suspension (Forks): 48 mm split air WP XACT fork, model-specific set-ups. Easily adjustable by hand externally; internal capsulated air spring and pressurized oil chamber. Hydrostop to absorb hard landings.
Rear Suspension (Shock): WP XACT monoshock with 300 mm travel. Tuned to match frame, easy hand adjustments.
Swingarm: One-piece cast aluminium, chain slider for durability, rounded chain guide. Clear chain adjustment markings.
Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI): Uses a 39 mm Keihin throttle body. ECU works to deliver optimal fuel-air mix. New protection cap for CPC fuel connector. In-line fuel filter is accessible.
Cylinder & Piston: The classic 2-stroke power valve is replaced by an electronic exhaust control system. Lateral exhaust ports open slightly faster than the main port for strong power and reliability.
Transmission: 5-speed gearbox made by PANKL Racing Systems. Dirt-resistant lever design.
Crankshaft: Low weight, balanced to minimize vibration, positioned to minimize effect on handling.
Crankcase: Thin, strong high-pressure die cast design. Internals positioned to centralize mass.
Exhaust System: Slim header pipe for ground clearance, sporty muffler with internal design to minimize noise while preserving power.
Clutch: DDS (Damped Diaphragm Steel) clutch in CNC steel basket. No traditional coil springs — uses a single diaphragm steel plate and damping to deliver power.
Parts
Hydraulic Brakes: BRAKTEC calipers & controls. Front: 260 mm disc; Rear: 220 mm disc. Strong rear brake pedal to resist bending or catching in ruts.
Hydraulic Clutch: Maintenance-free action. Free-play adjusts automatically so the biting point stays consistent.
Radiators: Strong aluminium radiators, optimized flow with central frame tubing. New cooling radiator closure for easier operation and maintenance.
Wheels: Now black, durable. Silver CNC-machined hubs, lightweight spokes, high-strength EXCEL rims.
Tires: Maxxis MaxxCross MX-ST (front / rear). Carried over from previous generation due to performance and durability.
Electronics
Engine Management System (EMS): Vitesco Technologies EMS. Includes rollover sensor to cut ignition in big crashes. Improved wiring layout for durability.
Map Select Switch: Optional accessory. Offers two maps:

Map 1 (white): Classic, smooth 2-stroke power

Map 2 (green): Sharper, more aggressive throttle response (ideal for deep sand)
Throttle Body: 39 mm Keihin, direct cable mounting for instant throttle response.
Electric Starter: Fitted with Li-Ion battery (approx. 1 kg lighter than lead battery). Start button and engine stop switch in same housing for convenience.
